I drew this for my Grandma for Christmas. She loves "Gone with the Wind" way too much to be healthy. I tried to watch it twice, and I could not make it through. But, we did bond over Ashley being a waste of a man and Rhett being totally cool, so it was all good. </blather>
PS- Sorry for the bad scan. XD Also, I didn't shade the dress on purpose. I thought it looked cooler.
I could never get through "Gone With The Wind." Too long. I tired watching it with my mother since she loves that movie but only started watching it at the middle. Never the beginning. I know how you feel. Anyways, I love the picture!
I couldn't sit through that entire movie even if you paid me XD
But this is a fantastic picture! The likeness is great, and I love the way you did the hair. Awesome job! ^^
lol omg i love Gone With the Wind my favorite book ever. the movie was good too but i also agree that Ashley is a waste of a man. I'm still waiting for my Rhett Butler.....
i also have a drawing of Scarlett in my gallery...i actually think we drew from the same reference picture! how cool

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
